Biography – Oscar Forestieri

Oscar Forestieri is a legal professional with more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector, qualified as both an Attorney and Notary, with solid expertise in public, administrative, and international law.

Throughout his career, he has held important institutional roles in Paraguay:

• Judicial Officer within the Paraguayan Judiciary (2004–2008), gaining direct experience in the court system and legal procedures.

• Ministerial Legal Director (2009–2013), leading the legal department of the Ministry of Education and Sciences and coordinating regulatory, administrative, and advisory activities.

• Legislative Advisor to the Senate of the Nation (2018–2026), providing qualified legal counsel in parliamentary activity and legislative development.

He specializes in immigration law, administrative law, financial administration, and results-based public management, and has also served in university teaching, contributing to the education of future legal professionals.

Today, he is the founder and lead professional behind Freedom Paraguay, a project dedicated to assisting foreign citizens in legally relocating to Paraguay, obtaining residency, the national ID (Cédula), and the tax identification number (RUC), with complete, transparent, and secure support at every stage of the process.

His mission is to make the path toward integration in Paraguay simple, legal, and accessible, guiding each client toward a stable and fully compliant new life.
